Before disappearing from Norfolk for 6 days to attend to domestic duties back in Notts! I managed a 3 hour bike ride, more a ride than birding to be truthful, knocked up 40 miles. But it did result in a flyover Curlew (93) brought to my attention as it called high above the Wensum Valley.
